There are days when I get home and the last thing I want to do is to prepare food. However, over the years I have experimented with quick and easy recipes that don’t take much of my time and still allow me to eat healthy!

  1. Mix all the ingredients together! It's as simple as that. It usually takes me less than 5 minutes to prepare this salad.

Recipe Notes

I often substitute the pomegranate with apple. Note that you can modify the recipe as you wish - experiment on your own!
