Choosing the Right Oil

Do you know what type of  oil to use for different methods of food preparation?

Different oils have different SMOKE POINTS, which refers to the temperature at which they to burn / smoke! This would result in unpleasant flavour, and destroy certain nutrients found in the oils. It could also result in the formation of harmful chemicals.
