Make it more Nutritious with Chia Seeds

Chia seeds have become very popular recently. If you are not familiar with them, they are simply “seeds” that come from a flowering plant similar to mint. These seeds have gained all this popularity because they are highly nutritious, are easily digested and can be simply added to a number of different dishes. You can enjoy chia seeds as they are or by soaking them in water/liquid before consumption (which would cause them to swell up!).
