A common concern my clients have is lack of time! Most people find it hard to eat healthy because they find themselves to be constantly on the run. If you are not able to pack food, you are forced to buy what offered outside home. While you can make healthier choices when eating out, your are very limited with options. My go to snack is “overnight oats” – I either have them as breakfast (specially when I’m on the run) or as an afternoon/evening snack. This is an easy recipe for overnight oats. You can be more creative, so don’t be afraid to spice it up!
